IJM Builders was founded on a simple belief: homes should be built with purpose. After spending over a decade working in the Fredericton construction industry on a wide range of high-quality custom projects and renovations, I recognized an opportunity—to combine expert Red Seal craftsmanship with modern building science to create homes that are built better from the ground up.
That vision led me to pursue specialized training in advanced construction methods. Through earning Red Seal Certification and studying Passive House construction—the world's most rigorous energy efficiency standard—I gained expertise that's rare in this region. As New Brunswick's trusted Certified Passive House Tradesperson, I bring a unique combination of traditional craftsmanship and cutting-edge building science to every project.
